JBL is an American company that manufactures headphones, loudspeakers and associated electronics.
Fredsparks was hired by JBL to conduct market research to validate a new headphone line direction. We conducted one-on-one interviews with consumers in two major markets, San Fransisco and New York. Using qualitative research methods, I helped conduct IDI‘s (in-depth interviews) and gather data to build a comprehensive research report.
I was responsible for designing this 60 page report to share with the client once all of the research findings were compiled. I organized data, created supporting imagery and designed page layouts. Through the help of this report, these findings ultimately led to the design of the JBL Everest Elite Headphone Series.
